Have you seen all those red tour buses in the city and the hundreds of ticket agents in Times Square in their bright red and blue uniforms that say TopView? Well, I guess you can say that’s my “NYC Claim-to-Fame.”

 

Go New York Tours wanted to set themselves apart from the competition by choosing bright green for their brand colors, but when customer issues arose their engaging color made them stand out for the wrong reasons. Rebranding as TopView Sightseeing gave them an opportunity to reset. A refresh of their look — from uniforms, to brochures, and website– as well as new touring products gave them an edge to increase their market share. Add to that a restructured paid search campaign, and the strategic shift of controlled bid management and cost efficiencies had yielded conversions and unprecedented revenue growth from previous years.
